where is the complaint department?

  a question I have asked several times.

  if there was a complaint "section" ... whatever maybe wgt could learn some business lessons.

   such as if the customer cant play, wgt makes no scratch.

  so today I logged on 2x to play. ... but no the game dosent work.

  whats up wgt?

  Every Forum header is a complaint department:)

  You may want to include a bit more info as to why you can't play.  Like what message comes up or does it time out not load etc.

  wgt has serious issues frequently with games not working correctly.

  As anyone who has played much time at all on here knows well.

  So I assume piz you are a newbie or maybe a wgt schill.
