pointless email

  i didnt qualify for a survey and got the following email from wgt

   

  Congratulations! On 5/31/2012 you earned 0 credits from World Golf Tour.

  Visit the Pro Shop

  You can use your WGT Credits to upgrade your virtual equipment, enter a Ready-Go tournament, or play Match-Play Challenges.

  Does it make sense to get 0 Credits earned email and buy something with 0 credits? I see his point .

  Now where are those videos for views to earn credits for these more expensive products.

  This problem should be fixed now.  We are now giving out 5 credits when you are screened out from completing a survey and the system was not running at the time when you did your survey.  If you are screened out again in the future that email should reflect the 5 credits that were added to your account.

  We all appreciate that. I had that happen all the time in the past . Never thought about complaining . I just got used to doing surveys for free. Or going through the motions of answering 5 to 8 questions only to get 0 Credits.

  The last time we were awarded 5 credits for not qualifying, they didn't materialise. Just saying.

  Works now though - got my 5 credits earlier on one of these.
