Putts with no power

  Anyone having trouble with putts just not going very far. Seems to happen only on 20 foot meter. I line up the putt, check meter strength and hit the putt but it only goes a few feet. It seems to happen every couple of rounds. Yes cleared cache, etc. etc. etc.

  I'm fairly new at this game, what is "clearing your cache", thanks for any help.
