To see WGT finally being a bit more proactive about the forums, and Customer Service in general.
I'm wondering if the new guy (with the apparently "lame" name) will be answering emails as well... in extension of that wondering, I wonder if he will be answering the email I sent a month ago, which was never replied to... hmmm Time will tell.
