disappearing upgraded balls

  purchased with credits upgraded balls, but these balls just disappeared in the middle of one of my matches...and I didn't loose them in a water hazard, etc.

  Balls purchased from the Pro Shop have a durability factor and they will wear out as you use them.  In other words, each ball can only be used for a limited number of shots. You can learn more here.

  Presumeably this means you are still playing with the first ball you ever bought and have never lost it.  Fantastic.

  I can only speculate, but the ball washer looks uncomfortable and tricky to maintain ones balance.

  Now you know, SP, why we prefer to play a 'foursome'... two for balance and one to operate the machinery...
