    Hey SweetiePie91,

You can always block a player using the in-game block feature, but if you come across a player who is being verbally abusive, please send our support team an email with any supporting evidence and we will investigate it to the best of our ability.

We do not stand for any sort of discrimination, intolerance, or basically anything that we deem could give another player a bad experience while playing our game. We are working hard to ensure a constructive, positive community, and recently we have greatly improved our efforts to do so.

To answer your question: Yes, we do ban people for these offenses, however this information is not made public and all disciplinary action is conducted off the forums.

Thanks for your patience while we further improve our system and while we do we are actively seeking out your feedback - let us know how we're doing and we will continue to grow and develop the WGT community as you see fit  :)

    Stay classy,

    -WGTpizza

To not condone someone eles's behavior is a very big differance from DOING something about it.  Remember Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, et. al.  My Nickle.

In the interest of customer service WGT could do a simple little thing that would go a long way to cutting down these threads. A simple generic email or message to the person who submitted the "offense" at the time the discipline is meted out or the decision is made not to discipline would truly teach people that WGT takes every one seriously and follows up.

    Something along the lines of

    "Dear xxxx,

Thank you for bringing the matter of (cheating, verbal abuse, quitting, multiple accounts, etc.) to our attention on (submission date). This is to inform you that we have reviewed your claim and resolved the issue in accordance with our policies. We at WGT take all of these instances seriously and hope that you will continue to contact us with any future issues.

    Sincerely,

    (WGT name here)"

Such an email lets the submitter know when it was dealt with without naming names or specifying whether any discipline was involved.

While I appreciate your intent, unfortunately any sort of allusion to what actions are taken after your report are strictly unavailable to us as a support team.

I am not in the legal department, I would hate to misquote some legal-ese, but essentially the message you should take from this is that we can not, in any way, allude to any action being taken after a report is received.

We will do our best to inform you that your report has been received and that we will investigate and take all appropriate action, but we would be unable to speak more on that subject.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

    Great topic : SWEETIEPIE91.!

I have seen abuse on the field to other players at the hands of my partners in alt shot games . Females are not the only victims in this but Men ,Race and religion has all been brought up to be abused by players, not to mention the abuse to a new player learning to play .

My first advise is to log off and quit this game but right that players name down .

As a club owner ,I have received reports of some of my members conducts on the field and they were giving warnings or removed depending on what I had seen .I thank all that have sent these complaints to me..

This is just a quick fix or slap on the wrist to players that dont care, and for me to just by removing them from a club is just like throwing my trash into my neighbors yard for others to clean up !

WGT claims to stand behind abuse always ,yet has a site to post all screen shots for the best saves but none for the most abused in a screen shot .

I award you SWEETIEPIE for speaking up and I am in your corner but until WGT gives all players a chance to see this abuse 1st hand so we can judge it for ourselves, It is just (she said /he said) to the rest of us and that is a sad place to be for all of us.
