you should be able to use CTRL print screen and then do a paste into paint or the imaging software of your choice. After that, you will need to have a place to  host your images. Tinypic or similar should work fine for you.

Another easy way to do it is to use this free and very lightweight software.

You can snap a pic of your screen and it will automatically assign a web address to it for you.

Follow these directions and you will be successful: (For Windows 7 Users)

    1. Take a screenshot, (prt sc) shard with the Home key or the Sys Rq key.

    2. Go to Start Menu, All Programs, Snipping Tool. Then you take you mouse and drag to make a box, you make it hole or short. (Short is only down to the under the Par section)

    3. Then a another tab will show up, with how much you captured with the box. You do those directions again till you get what you want, then go down to Save As, and save you scorecard.

    4. Go To this website: Imgur. All you have to do is put in the word Imgur in Google search, and go to the first blue URL, and you at the Imgur website.

    5. When on the Imgur website, (You don't have to make a profile) it's will want you to post a picture up. Under "Upload Images" go to computer. Then it will pull up a libaries tab, and go to pictures, and find it. (or go to a file if you saved it there). Click on the scorecard, and then it's will come up in it's URL. Click on "Start Upload" Now you picture has been uploaded.

    6.  When it's uploaded, highlight then copy the URL under Direct Link (Email&M.)

    7. Go to your profile, "New Blog Post" and then go to the little green+ button (It's the Insert Media) A white box will come up and it's URL will be http:// so delete that and right click on you mouse or touchpad on the URL box, and click Paste. The URL you copied will come up. Put in 550 in height and 450 in width and you'll have a good result.

    8. Put a Title in then click "Post". You're Done! You will see your results under your Blog.

    Have Fun!
