Credits being taken by wgt

  I was playing skin challenge for credits with 1 other player on the 3rd hole the game froze for 10 minutes once it became unfrozen I was informed by WGT that all my credits in the match were forfeited this cant be right and im upset. I would like WGT can come up with someway to avoid this. There is not a single player here who hasnt been in a match when someone gets disconnected or the whole match freezes up.

  after some time of the game loading and the little circle spinning like it does often, I went back to the play now screen hoping to continue with the match and that's when i was told my credits were forfeited. I watched a lot of  advertising videos for those credits. What is your advice for next time this happens

  A quick reboot and clicking Play normally gets you back in the game.
