Mysterious Noise

  Whenever I am playing I will randomly get this mysterious noise... its some sort of chime.  It doesnt sound like the ding when you a perfect shot, its not the heartbeat, its more of a electronic gong noise - best I can describe it. 

  I dont have a clue what it is for.  I dont notice any messages, awards, level ups, etc.  It seems to happen for no rhyme or reason.

  Does anyone have a clue what Im talking about, or know what it is for ?

  Hi

  I think you are referring to chime when it's your turn (only in multiplayer games). Also, there is one at 30 second mark (on a 90 sec timer) and other marks to remind you before timer runs out.

  Or it could be the sound you get when a friend comes online.

  OR....

  Just thinking outside the box here......   maybe you don't hit the ding too often and when you do, that sound is quite mysterious.  ;-)

  Im not sure that is it, since I rarely ever play multiplayer games, mostly just monthly & weekly tournaments.

  I thought about it happening when a friend signs on, but Ill look as soon as it happens and no one will be logged on.

  Were they logged on before that? Happens when they sign off too... How long is the sound? The log on/off sound is a second or two, the quick DONG during games when it's your turn or when the timer has hit a certain point on your shot is like a second or less
