  ........well it's going to be between Furyk/McDowell and if Ernie Els can get something together he might have a chance too.....gonna be a great final round !

  Tiger just choked.....his wedge play just stunk ! I could of done better than some of those wedges he threw up there short. If he would have made some of those wedge shots closer, he would still be tied or in the lead.....but again he just blew it.

  San Francisco is fogged over this morning... so a good opportunity to see the course slow down a bit after yesterday's heat.

  C'mon Mike Davis... challenge these guys today!

  Well, that tells a big story, and it doesn't take a genius to work out what needs to be done to get back to reality.  And I'm not saying go back to starter clubs, but certainly some downgrading of current clubs is required.  And no new better clubs or balls either!  Only 'sideways' ones.

  Sorry about hijacking the thread, but it's where you posted your Twitter account!  Anyway, back to the current (real) championship.

  Mio... per your request, we have "downgraded" the clubs in your bag.  Given you didn't want to go back to Starters, I set them to Starter Plus abilities.  I hope this will suffice.

  LMAO. Be careful what you ask for. I will respectfully disagree with the idea that modifying the existing clubs would make anything more realistic with respect to the scoring. The clubs represent what actually happens IRL. I followed Tiger on Saturday on the back 9, hole by hole, shot by shot. He would hit his shot and I would try to duplicate it. The yardages were right on the money.

  IMO, what makes the scores as low as they are is the fear factor. We have no fear of trying to hit the narrow fairways by clicking the mouse or taking impossible shots. That's what's not real. When you have to actually make the shot IRL you don't have that exactness of the mouse click-you have to execute the shot.

  Well said YankeeJim , you are right on he money  !  .....   We don't need down grades in clubs , if we do have down grades , WGT  just drop all the money i have spent back in my account , and i be happy  !   ......   it's a great game but still only a virtual one  !   ......  I love this game and all my friends i have met as well  !
