More 4 day tournaments

  The format of the 4 day wgt nation tournament was brilliant (even though in 2 rounds my clubs seemed with a 1 precision not 4.5.lol, and the final rou8nd every other hole my meter didn't stop where i pressed but carried on going an inch past ding forcing me to shoot from 50% rough every other hole.) and WGT should organise more like this (pity the virtual open isn't)  How about 4 day $20 ready go's, it gives us a totally new format of tournament and even if you score 55 one day, you still might not win.  Excellent tournament format, more like this PLEASE!

  O, lets not forget these type's of shots you get in these tournaments, proving there's "deviation at work" (aimed 20 yards left, yet ball FUNNILY started off 20 yards right of my aim point straight for a tree i had aimed way left to avoid!)

  i agree 

  more realistic and true to golf as the pros play week in week out, we all have good and bad days well most of us lol, it would spice up the tournaments and would be better all round really

  at least once a month any way :)

  I played the tourney, and I look forward to playing the 2-round weekly every Monday.

  Alas, to me it's stressful to find a good time each day on four consecutive days for a full round. But yes, every now and then I'd like to do it.

  Perhaps a monthly medal Fri / Sat / Sun ?

  There are such shots every now and then from uneven lies (rough, bunker), but I, too, had my first one from the fairway today. Approach shot at the 4th, veering off to the left. No replay - which evidence has it without aim marker and meter?

  I'm with you here...I love the format, but , jesus, the VEM was off the scale...ding it, it goes wild, don't ding it, still goes wild...putts...don't let me get started...break, no break, Championship speed, ermm, only on some holes..1st triple bogey I've had in ages...mind you, I was past caring at this stage, but just needed to finish and get daily play bonus

  Do you think the WGT team have been watching the US Open in R/L and thought "fook, we made the course to easy, let's login and max out the VEM, turn down the precision, generally fook with their minds?"

   

  BTW just finished +9 !!! Had a 70% bunker shot on the last ..PMSL

  Hey all, 

  I would absolutely love it if WGT made more tour style tourneys like on the real tours as lets face it 4 rounds of golf is how it is done in real life, the first 2 to sort out the cut and the next 2 to see who has the game to win.

  As WGT is based as close to golf as possible i did find it suprising that there was no PGA season/ or european season with each having its own tourneys.

  To me this has to be the next step for WGT as it is truly the only way to go to have WGT as the undisputable king of golf game(it already is by the way)

  Maybe because this game is still in beta that this doesnt happen bu who knows, but what i do know is that if you look lets say 5 years down the line if WGT aint doing it you can rest assured some one will step in and do it as those who dont evolve get left behind.

  when i first startted out in golf games TIGERWOODS PON THE PLAYSTATION i loved the element of the PGA style of competion, 4 rounds of golf and lets see who is who.

  any how im begining to blether on a bit so over n out
