Problem with off and on connection

  We brought this up in another thread several days ago. One day I'm playing trouble free and the next I can't . Everything else with my pc is normal, just WGT that goes blank. Delete flash and cache, still happening. Reboot, nothing. This morning I was playing with no issues, then I hit a putt and the game froze. Waited for the error message and clicked yes but it didn't resume. Then nothing on the site would load. Tonight it's normal again. All of our computers with the same problems.  What is it, WGT ?

  I have no problems loading anything except WGT. It's working fine now but who knows if it will in an hour or tomorrow....etc. Never had a problem with this until last week and a little today.

  Please email us with the details.  We are trying to isolate the issue, and locate it.  WE need to know where you are and your ISP.

  aye,last two weeks having same problem.i have done everything i could think of,still having problems,getting very upset over this. i have e-mailed wgt,they replied with some things to do,no help.ready to give up and go back to the casino games.the fun is almost gone from here.

  First I want to thank WGT for providing an outstanding Game . I have many enjoyable hours meeting many great friends from around the world.

  I am baffled and thanks for any help. For about 2 weeks now I have had problems connecting to this site as well as the game client. I have been playing for over 2 years and this is the first time for this? I am able to connect to various sites when I have a problem here.  I run an xp quad 4 pc. I use comodo, chrome and firefox and am not able to connect with any of them then all of the sudden things will work fine.Down times are inconsistent. It could happen when I first try to get on or after playing for a bit. Since this started I clean browser and flash cache before I start. To no avail. This is an image of a speed test I proformed during the last time I could not connect.

  

  It is a mystery to me? Just frustrating  ;)

  Thanks again for any help 

  Download is great, upload is kinda like a modem line....not good at all.

  I'm having trouble again tonight logging on. Always happens during peak times. Something it up at WGT.

  LOL   Last night I "attempted" to log in. Well everything on the page pops up EXCEPT the log in section on the left top of page. So today I went and used Chrome and all works there now.

  Go figure....
