  Always good to play a fellow Scot and now CC mate Johnny (Wiger Toods2010). I got off to a flier with birdies at first 7 then made same schoolboy error that i vow never to make again every time i make it on the 9th. Johnny came back into it and holed good putts but i was able to hang on for the win 3&2

  Just lost 3&2 to AllyKennedy on Oakmont . Horrendous start by me, plus Ally's $hit hot putting -  had me 4 down after 4. Managed to delay the inevitable for a bit by winning 8 & 9. Just relieved not to be totally embarrassed after the awful start I made.

  Least I found a new CC/bud due to the comp ;o)

  Good luck for your next match Ally and in your attempt to make the 'ALL STAR' line up -sure you will.

  Thanks for organising the event people and giving this mere mortal at least the op'  to rub shoulders with the very best on here.

  Well I somehow pulled off an upset against Agassi1991. The Oakmont greens were not kind to him. I think it was probably around midnight in Denmark and maybe he was tired. I know he should have taken me to the cleaner. Great player to play with.

  Just played my match Vs Jared. He's always a gentleman and a great guy to shoot a round with. Unfortunately for him he never quite got the wheels turning on his round and I ended up a somewhat deceptively comfortable winner.

  Just played my game with TBE. He had the best of the front 9 and led 2up at the turn but i had the best of the back 9 and got it back to all square after 18. TBE missed his putt from the back of the 2nd hole and conceded the hole with me 5ft away. Was a good tight game considering neither of us are great lovers of Oakmont. Thanks for the game Davy.

  Priestess defeated me 4&2.  Wasn't firing on all cylinders but neither was she.  No excuses.  Thanks for the invite, thanks to a classy lady for the match.
