Credit requests must now be handwritten - why?

    Hi Alex,

    Can you explain the thinking behind this new rule that requires all postcards to be handwritten? I would think that it shouldn't matter how the postcard comes to you, whether it is generated from a printer or not? Sorry for the negative feedback.

    Unfortunately an automated or electronically printed method to submit postcards was being abused and we had to discontinue it.

     How exactly do you request credits?

    Unfortunately you need to be in a country eligible to compete in tournaments to request credits by postcard (the reason for the request is to compete in tournaments); the instructions are under the tournament rules link under each tournament.
