I must say thank you also to WGT customer services,  you guys get a lot of stick in the forums, but my 1st experience of dealing with you was pretty good.

I sent an e-mail giving the details of my gripe and got a personal response within 24 hours, and my problem was resolved.

I think you owe them all an apology for all the stink you were creating in the forums instead of being patient.

Why do you think I posted this ? An apology & recognition of their fairness. Maybe if I hadn't believed all the horror stories I read here, may have waited a decent lenghth of time ? On the other hand maybe my persistence paid off ?  Take your point though...Andy..

In fairness to WGT when you e-mail them your problems will ALWAYS be looked into and sorted, no complaints from me at all about their customer service.  (was even sent $20 extra into account by mistake.LOL, but being the honest fellow i am i informed icon and the $$ was taken out of my account before finishing reading icons message, now that was a speedy response.LOL)

Well, of course they had a quick response to that. It was their money they took back. Had the shoe been on the other foot, you may still be waiting to hear from them.

Can't even remember what this was about...

Probably this replay.aspx?ID=9e8d8e10 eac6 43a8 9410 a07400d61b5c going by the date in Replays.

Sounds like I got a sleeve from CS, tho @ the time the HIO was more important.

and OBR..I take back taking your point !!

I was too nice only 3 months in.  '-))

WGT customer service does a great job, they resolved an issue I had yesterday promptly in the middle of a holiday weekend.

I believe the only players having issue with them are those wearing the tin foil hats:)
