Updated my email over the weekend, and now want too kick myself. W.G.T., feels that they need to contact me every time that I earn credits, and tell me about the Pro-Shop. I have been playing for a year now. Have purchased 3 drivers,2 sets of irons, 3 wedges, and 2 putters. You would think that since they have all of my history on this game, that I already know my way around. If they spent as much time fixing the game as they did worrying me about credits, then we would have a better game. STOP JUNKING UP MY EMAIL ACCOUNT W.G.T. as I have better things to do with my time than deleting your worthless information from my account.  Seeeeeeeee Yaaaaaaaaaaa

Directing WGT e-mails to a specific folder in your inbox also works nicely.  It doesn't stop them, but at least separates them.

I'm not sure I'd recommend blocking WGT.  Mr. Murphy says that if you do that.....you're almost guaranteed to be the sweepstakes winner of the US Open trip....and they'll undoubtedly notify you by e-mail!  ;)

Why you blaming WGT for a faux pas you made.

99%  WGT's emails will be automated.

You'll have to write to members@wgt.com and ask them to remove your email address from their mailing list.....that way they can bypass the script that auto generates emails every time you fart and remove your email address from the mailing list manually.

Lonnie, click the account button (located above "play now") and remove your e-mail address by clicking the contact info tab. The e-mail box is in the center of the page. You can also uncheck the three boxes.

Once your emails have went to 3rd partys. Clicking that box till your blue in the face wont change a thing. Not to mention whoever those 3rd partys are sold your email as well. Best to just use that email addy for the net as garbage and create a more private addy for using for important things.

Its too late after 3rd partiers get a hold of it . Same thing applies to phone numbers etc etc ...I have been in the advertisement field for a long time and we buy lists all the time. Get cussed out alot too. Im used to it LOL

My spam filter get's most of them PJ, no issues there.

And as I mentioned above I have two WGT email folders to filter the rest.
