I hear alot of complaints about Browsers with jumpy meter. I have tried IE 9,Foxfire.and Chrome and the game plays the same on my end with all platforms.
Alot of Meter issues are user end problems if you ask me. Check your CPU Usage when playing and disable services and processes that are not necessary to have to run in order to play games.
I have my Gamebooster set up to easily disable those processes when I play which would explain why I dont have issues on any of my browsers.
