    Unfortunately we try not to mess in CC issues. I realize the owner is MIA but it's their club, so I recommend quitting it and starting your own.

    I think that there is a method by which the owner of the country club can transfer it to another person, but of course they have to do it.  WGT and the forums will probably be able to answer this, however in the case of a club that is pretty much dormat I would think that a new club would be easier than trying to bring an old one to life.

    And there are oodles of well-established clubs that would be happy to have you, without going to the trouble of building one from scratch.
