yeah, i'm relatively new here .. under 3 mnths ..

but .. i've been reading these forums avidly to improve my game & interact with the community .. all types u'll find here with a community this size, thats for sure ..

as i read these threads it often occurs to me that the magnitude of complaints, moaning & whining, seems way too excessive, imo .. are we so spoilt that we cannot recognize the fact that we are part of a rather unique experience here ?

it often reminds me of the rich kid who is surrounded with luxury & opulence, BUT beware if you don't always deliver what rich kid wants; or gotten used to .. i think this game has spoilt many people to the extent that they've lost perspective on the riches this game provides ..

tired of your choice between 7 courses, 2 Trugolf courses, 2 x mixed courses .. c'mon, really ? i often play practise rounds for fun from easy, med & hard tee settings .. it just opens up a new view of these courses & completely changes the way u are used to approaching each hole .. so much fun playing with starter clubs off easy tees with high wind settings .. so many options truthfully .. set up a game with ur buddies this way & see all the comments .. it's hilarious

maybe some of the older hands will give me a hard time on this .. but my feeling is that we are all DAMN lucky to have a game like this .. & i've played many .. and not one comes even remotely close to this ..

Hi Chris, I`ve been here about a year, and I could not agree more. Way too many cry babies and whiners for me. I just try to ignore them. My pet beef is that nobody ever just hits a bad shot, its always WGT`s fault.

Awesome outlook Chris and to cap it off, it is sooooo true. We do have a fun game with many different options.

If we all think about it  - how we came across WGT in the first place then maybe, just maybe it will put everything a bit more in focus. I came across WGT by accident..lol. Seriously. I had a little time on my hands and was surfing the US Open site. That is when I saw a little icon that said - WGT. Play for Free. I clicked on the icon and here I am - 3 years later and the owner of a GREAT CC. I had to put that in there..lol. Isn't it funny though. I am sure MOST of the great players that have been here for a while will tell you a similar story.

It's human nature to complain...but complaining about a free game?  That's the puzzling part.

p.s.  Chris, looks like you're doing well with the Burners...wtg!

Well said sir!! I wholeheartedly agree with you!!! I read the forums every time I come on WGT. And after a while it can become quite depressing. All the whining and childish garbage people type is just juvenile. I can understand "constructive criticism, but usually it's not. I used to post quite a bit here in the forums. And there have been a couple times where I was going to, but  by the time I got around to posting, people either got WAAAY off topic or a childish war would ensue and I had no interest in posting in it anymore. So......spoiled? Yeah.....some probably are. But what if WGT crashed and it was gone forever tomorrow morning? How many of those types of people would be wishing it wasn't gone? You don't know what you have till it's gone. So please everyone.........appreciate what you have. And ease up on all the complaining. If you got to do it.......please do it constructively. Thank you. And I'm sure WGT would thank you.
