RECONNECTION ON STROKE PLAY GAMES

  On Match play and alternate shot games, if a player disconnects, he is allowed to reconnect with his group.

  Please fix it so that the same thing can happen in a stroke play game.  Not everyone who disconnects is a 'quitter.'

  This would be a major improvement in the game.

  This has been asked a few times. The answer was that stroke-play was the first game introduced on this site and reconnection wasn't thought of at the time. As subsequent formats were developed it was included in those. Icon said that it would take a lot of work to change the original game and that WGT had no plans to attempt it in the near future.

  piztaker is right, however we are looking into adding that option soon. I don't know exactly when but should be soon :)
