    I also have a problem with getting my credits. I have all the information but the support emails do not let me attach the information they say they need to give me 2600 credits! It is, inm my opinion, too stressful to take the offers up, with no support from the support! Has anyone else had this problem with the 32red bingo credits please?

    I appreciate your input.  YES, I have emailed trial pay several times, and have called Netflix.  I'm just screwed because of some glitch.

     

    I will not take offense to your comment: "Whining about it in the forums does no good"!  Forums are for sharing information, and communicating with ppl who have experienced similar issues, in order to resolve the issue.  I do think that the comment was totally unnecessary.

    just login after doing as asked yesterday the 4th, to find the missing balls, and check my email to find a note that it was handled by hand by a rep there at wgt, so forum info helpful and thanks gang here and at WGT.com
