latest promotion.

  HI wgt. having seen your latest promotion whereby if we input 25$ we get 3 free Callaway iz legend balls. I actually put in 50$ assuming I would get 6 free balls. Not the case. I am assuming I was stupid enough not to put in 25$ dollars twice. therefore I have lost out on 3 free balls.

  Is there any chance you could see your way to forgive an #@%hole like me and credit me with the 3 balls I missed out on.

   Because if this was a one time 25$  deal only, I would only have put in 25$.

  P.S. Also , this promotion has not came out on the news section so there was no way of me checking how much I could input

  If they did the RIGHT THING you would get 6 balls.  The lack of explanation for the promotion leads to these type things happening.  Perhaps a bit more attention to detail by WGT should be implemented.  I hope you get your just reward, please let us know if you fail to.

  we'll take care of it for ya:)

  the way the promo tool works is (it's kinda dumb) only giving out what promo is. it doesn't understand the other part, where if someone doubles the amount, to double the promo.

  we'll try to make it smart in the future

  Thanks Icon. Got my 3 extra balls. Not the level 55+ legend iz vapour balls that I was hoping for. Just ordinary iz balls. But hey, Must not grumble eh???

  Hey Icon, could you please help me out here too?  I had just purchased 35 bucks worth of credits, and after buying some cally legend z's and playing 1 round, I get a pop-up with the latest offer of buy 25 worth and get 3 free cally legend z's. These just happen to be the ball I use, any way you guys can toss me a pack? The way I been going through them lately, you won't miss the revenue.  Thanks either way, worth a try.

  N/M, The promo said nothing about vapor balls, That is what I got. I never even looked in equip because I was expecting reg cally leg z's.. Thanks. Possible to switch em to non-vapor???
