What is the support window? I see my credits in the account, on the profile and in the game client.
FWIW, payouts from WGT tourneys may be delayed for some days or more, other account movements are on the spot IMO.
Survey payment is a totally different story seemingly outside of WGTs responsibility.
Which kind of earnings do you speak of?
