Changing tiers in the middle of a 4 round tourney

  WE have a couple of players playing in a 4 round tourney that are concerned that they will move up during the tournament.  Will they continue as their current tier if they move up like during the 2nd or 3rd round of it?

  My initial thought is that they will continue at their tier that they started at.

  Once you start a tournament you will remain in that tier until its finished.  however anything you play outside that tourney if it also doesn't fall under the same conditions will be in the new tier.
