New site down for maint. message.

  Great job WGT on putting the new message announcing that the sytem is going to be taken down for maintenance on the game screen.  Very nice touch, especially since I didnt know that the system was going to go down for maint.

  I saw it right next to / under where your consecutive day tracker is on the actual play screen. I also agree that it was a very nice touch and thank you WGT.

  Mine was at the top of the screen right next to the menu box during a round. 

  But it said maintenance not update and on facebook they said a short period so I don't expect to see any visible changes,

  yup, same here, is a perfect way to let us know :)

  At first when I saw it I was WT*, what I did? something wrong?... lol...

  but then I read it and it also gave me minutes left till the mainteinance... 

  very very nice.

  Yup well done on the warnng the hour before, it gives you time to make sure you arent going to be Disconn at a crucual time!

  This time it didn't matter because it was back before I was up (8am UK time), but can we please have the message showing at least 12 hours before it is due to go down.  As people keep saying, at the moment it's catering for the Americans only; how about the rest of the world???  I don't want to get up at 8am only to find the site is down and we (the rest of the world) weren't told.  I am sure WGT know way in advance of the 2-3 hours notice they give.

  did the pop up appear an hour before for users that were logged in at that time .... and that was that ?

   

  i logged in about 10 mins before the downtime, there was no message, luckily i was only reading the forum .... then my next page was..... "we'll be right back"

  Nice feature, WGT!

  It was on the gameclient screen, below the "credits" area, and I saw it when opening it 15 mins before downtime (unusually 11 pm PDT), just enough to play my morning threeholer or two of them.
