Why was there no Free Rental Promo over the 4th holiday?

The free rentals are usually for a WEEK-END, not mid week.

IMHO, free rental promotions are to be appreciated, not expected.
I'd like to see free rentals include clubs that are locked so you can start salivating over them early. Or it could even be paid rentals. Though they'd only be usable for practice rounds.
