Course management is so important in this game. Good management will give you consistant results.

    Really simple,

I am cheering for this post.  How many times have a hit a lousy shot that ended up better than expected.  Probably nearly as many times as one went worse than expected.

You know that this game is set up.
Has everyone missed this ? Look , my only reason for posting here is....if you can't get up and down , accept the outcome...we've all done it. However , how is it WGT's fault that a -10 turned into an -8 ?  Get real !

Ok.. if dinging was easy probably I would have 200 HIO. I know for sure that a strong left to right wind, my meter usually goes passed the ding line if I click where I click most of the times, so I click b4, especially if there is water to the right, like in Congry 11... and even sometimes the stubborn meter goes passed the line. Is it set up? Probably it is, and that's why I click long before sometimes even risking a huge pull and landing short and in bunker, but I know I can leave it within 3 yds from bunker, but have less chances to save par after getting wet. But sometimes when I click 1/4 inch before my normal clicking spot I have the happy ding sound.

The same goes for putts... if you don't aim far enough expect the meter to go slower or faster... I have experienced it myself, clicking close to the ding line to get a lil push and dinging or clicking long before to get a pull and meter rushing to the line and dinging. I get more dings trying not to than I get trying to... it pisses me, yeah, but I really know that I should either aim far enough and try a ding(and probably not get it) or compensate pulling or pushing.... but sure sometimes do what I wasn't expecting and get it in the hole too.

That's usually a good thing.  LOL

Sorry if too risque for someone's taste, but I couldn't resist a fastball down the heart of the plate.  No pun intended here either. And definitely no offence meant to the poster, it just leaped out at me.  Again, no pun intended.

    LMAO ..

yeah, that bit sure did "stand out" ..
