pop up with wrong purchase request

  i have a pop that appears whentrying to purchase credits,it's inflated my request by more then 10 times, i would like to purchase,20dollars worth, yet the po up sez  i want 25000 for   250 dollars . which is false am i being scamed by  wgt. or outside party
