Sorry to go on about this but i would think one of wgt priorities is to sort out this WGT GAME ERROR, sorry close this window and try again later. I have had a top computer man to my machine and he as stated that it is in perfect condition and the error is the fault of WGT, also am getting a lot of Declines when inviteing players to a game as they probably think I am quitting and this I will never do. Comon WGT try to sort this mess out

Rody - when you have a loading error or the game freezes, please help us help you and right click and submit the bug to WGT with a description of what you were doing when it happened.

This is the only way we can solve the problem.

i have the same prob.

did you have a chance to right click and submit a detailed bug report?

Hi Tadmin thanks for the reply. Tadmin I dont think we need to right click or anything because everyone is haveing the same problems, these errors are appearing at any time during a game from hole 1 to hole 9. we are just in the middle of a game and then at ANYTIME during the game the screen goes grey and this is what you get:- SORRY WGT ERROR. We are sorry but there as been a game error, please switch this page off and try again later, Thank you WGT. ON TOP OF ALL THIS TADMIN, WHEN WE THEN RECONNECT TO PLAY ANOTHER GAME LATER, WE ARE ASKED IF WE WANT TO FORFEIT THE GAME. This is happening to a very lot of players as I always send them a message whoever I am playing apologising for the loss of game and that I have not quit as it as been a WGT GAME ERROR. Not "everyone" is having the problem. It takes all of 10 seconds to submit the bug report which is what WILL help resolve the issue for those that are experiencing the problem. It's a bit hard to muddle through millions of lines of code to find the place where there's an error. Plus, given not everyone is having the issue, there are possibilities it's something with your system or other software not managed by WGT that could be causing the issue.

Without submitting that report, it's going to take a lot longer to get it fixed...and in the time it took you to write the ranting reply, you could have submitted the bug report multiple times.

like pUGfANmn said, this i likely a local problem & not that of WGT ..

i think it is FLash issues on your side, depending on the browser u use ..

some swear by Chrome, however, i use FireFox & started experiencing the same "WGT Error" you are having now .. what i did is this: i uninstalled Flash 11.3, re-installed Flash 10.3 (previous version), afterwards went to "Control Panel", then hit "Flash Player" & set my Flash Player so that it does not auto-update .. never had these errors since

if everyone has the same error and no one submits a report, how do we know what error it is. just saying it's an error does not help anyone. we need a report not only to see if there is a pattern but also to get raw data to see what is happening.
