TarheelsRule: I understand the theory of making the harder pins used more for better players, however I would say that in a single play, not knowing where the pins are makes scoring much more difficult.
I agree with this as well. I know BPB #15 the front hole is the 'hard' option, but I know the hole so well that I scare Eagle every time I'm shooting from fairway. The back hole isn't nearly as familiar as the front and I'm not as sure of a scoring chance due to that unfamiliarity. Maybe assemble 4 grades of pin placement on courses with multiple hole options that mix and match the holes. Something to enhance the variety. On that subject...
IF WGT EVER wants to go out of Beta to full release, I think it would behoove them to detail existing courses. So that in the future, if they want to implement an idea like... I think Tarheel suggested they shoot the multiple hole locations at the time of shooting the course... these old courses won't look bad by comparison. All the courses should have multiple hole locations... at least two per hole.

I have one other, very quirky question I'd like to ask MisterWGT. I heard that the Virtual US Open qualifier was a huge success and that "over two million qualifying rounds were played". Does the game keep track of things like that? Based on what? How many times a score was posted or updated? How many times a score was posted period (any complete round)? Does it keep track of how many rounds were started in total? Does the game keep track of how many times the restart button was hit?
Just curious... I would LOVE to see some raw data like that, maybe a page for it. How many rounds were started in the Qualifier vs. how many were completed? How many times the restart button is pressed? After which hole does the restart button get pressed the most?
