    Tightrope:

I see very little development on the game. I am sure there is loads of adjustments and such, but apart from the new equipment, not much seem to happen with the game engine.
There are some specific areas that annoys me:

    1. Allow reconnect in scored multi rounds in the same way as match play

    2. The game selection interface is... beyond crappy. When we want to browse for a course we might suddenly be thrown into a completely different interface (Olympic does that currently) and we have to start all over again. What is the point of that?

    3. In multiplay, add a "Exit game button" after the last hole to give us a chance to say "gg, thanks for the game, that was a great last pressure putt you made for the win. Shall we play again? " after the game has ended. Nobody press the "rematch/chat" with the current implementation that just throws us back to main while we are typing the "gg, bla bla".

This dude here  gets an AMEN!!!

    1, 2 and 3!! Well said PIMPin!

    JaLaBar:

I know this is strange as far as the mech and realism go, but I like this idea.  Sure, ANY clubs are available at ANY tier, but there is a max length it is possible to hit by tier...  No matter what club you use, a master can only get a base 250y from a driver (+ or - for wind, terrain, etc) and so on.  In other words, keep all the stats except length, open up all clubs to everyone, and have base length regulated by tier.

"open up all clubs to everyone, and have base length regulated by tier"  ..... kinda like this one as an alternative to having all clubs available to Legends, no matter what their level ..

Can some aspect of AS, Blitz and MPC  be used to factor in tier advancement? This seems to be the avenue to get the experience points for leveling up and getting the top clubs without playing ranked rounds that would normally move you up. Make them count towards advancing and get certain examples in this thread out of tiers they don't belong in.

What i want is a SMOOTH METER, my last game 60% of shots i got a meter pause or shaky running not smooth.  Games should be decided by skill not whether your meter has paused halfway down the meter.  Are you actually trying things to smooth it out for every one.?

Currently the game uses Adobe Flash. Do you have any concerns about the game's dependence on a proprietary (closed) standard? Do you see Flash being replaced as the de facto industry standard at some point by a yet to be developed open standard? If so, please talk a little bit about the challenges WGT would face in migrating from Adobe to an open standard.

This has been said a thousand times but here it goes one more time. Can we Make clubs available to everyone according to what level they have achieved, not by how much juice and chocolate they have bought. It is unrealistic for players to have the same clubs but to be hitting from up to a 100 yards apart. Also, legends regardless of level should have the option to buy the best clubs because they are expected to hit from the longest and hardest tees. Thanks for the wonderful game.

We have noticed when WGT do updates that forums can get a bit screwed up. As an example, threads go missing etc. Is it possible that updates are directly having an adverse effect on gameplay. I only ask because WGT brought in a new thread about game announcements, and my game improved 100%, then they moved that thread and my game went backwards. This happened exactly at Both times when the thread appeared or was moved.

Wpuld it be possible to have a "one time pay, full membership" for the TruGolf courses ?

So that those players that wish to practice can ,without having to wait for the limited RGs to run through the whole cycle.

Also, if a TruGolf membership is possible,   can it be a giftable item ?  The majority of the legends here already have the top clubs, so it would be something different to offer as a prize in cc tournaments.

Is there any news on the next TruGolf course?

My question to MisterWGT would be....

We all know that new courses will come, hopefully at the rate of 2 per year with maybe one TruGolf course in addition to the others.

When these courses are shot, can WGT make an effort to have at least 3 pin placements that can be utilized for play?  I know this might require more shooting, etc. but doing it at the time of the shoot would add only a small amount of cost to the project and it would give the players what is basically very different courses.

I would also suggest that we vary the pins more often on the games that we play.  I had a discussion with a moderator about this and I think the pins should move around a lot more than they do.  I would say that 90% of the time I play the same pins on the same holes that I know have two sets.  For example St Andrews #11, I play the up pin on that hole maybe 1 in 25 times.  BethPage #15, the back pin is seen about 1 in 20 times.

I understand the theory of making the harder pins used more for better players, however I would say that in a single play, not knowing where the pins are makes scoring much more difficult.

I agree with this as well.  I know BPB #15 the front hole is the 'hard' option, but I know the hole so well that I scare Eagle every time I'm shooting from fairway.  The back hole isn't nearly as familiar as the front and I'm not as sure of a scoring chance due to that unfamiliarity.  Maybe assemble 4 grades of pin placement on courses with multiple hole options that mix and match the holes.  Something to enhance the variety.  On that subject...

IF WGT EVER wants to go out of Beta to full release, I think it would behoove them to detail existing courses.  So that in the future, if they want to implement an idea like... I think Tarheel suggested they shoot the multiple hole locations at the time of shooting the course... these old courses won't look bad by comparison.  All the courses should have multiple hole locations... at least two per hole.

I have one other, very quirky question I'd like to ask MisterWGT.  I heard that the Virtual US Open qualifier was a huge success and that "over two million qualifying rounds were played".  Does the game keep track of things like that?  Based on what?  How many times a score was posted or updated?  How many times a score was posted period (any complete round)?  Does it keep track of how many rounds were started in total?  Does the game keep track of how many times the restart button was hit?

Just curious... I would LOVE to see some raw data like that, maybe a page for it.  How many rounds were started in the Qualifier vs. how many were completed?  How many times the restart button is pressed?  After which hole does the restart button get pressed the most?
