Has nothing to do with levels. I believe WGT has tightened the screws again, and that's ok, you'll just have to be more precise with aiming and dinging shots.
I'm seeing the ball fly one to three yards off the target line for every mph of wind I under/over compensate for when missing ding by one pixel. If I hit ding (which is rare) the ball holds the line great and will drift only a bit on less than perfectly aimed shots.
I too am experiencing shots coming up short. I'm adding three to five yards of power to longer iron shots. It seems to be doing the trick.
You just have to adjust to the changes in the game.
