I wanted to share with the community all the knowledge I have accumulated since I play this game. I am starting with 3 videos. I plan to add more or not depending on reactions to this post.
The two first videos were my very first try. The video size is a bit small (a bit larger on Youtube). This is just a 18-hole round in two parts (front 9 and back 9). I have edited the video to cut non useful transition screens to reduce the video size and length at maximum and also to add few comments.
The third video is about short game. The video size is a bit larger (on Youtube) and there are more comments and tips. It is intended for beginners. I am not sure experienced players will learn anything looking at those videos.
This is not easy to be pedagogic. Constructive comments and critics about how to improve the content of this post are very welcome.
Notice also that the tips given in those videos are basic tips. We could discuss endlessly if we need to add 20% of power instead of 25% in a given situation, that's not really the purpose of this post. Fine tuning needs to be done with a given equipment (clubs + balls). The point is to show that there are some systematics that each players have to uncover depending on his style of play and his equipment. Of course, those "rules" have their exceptions. This is not easy to cover all possible situations and all possible exceptions to those "rules". I tried my best and could probably do better with good suggestions.
Be sure it takes time recording, editing and uploading the videos. I hope you appreciate the effort, even if I am not really convinced it will be that useful. Let me know eventually.
