  A great first day. I put my money On Paul Lawrie. McIlroy is always worth watching but seemed to mix great shots with wayward ones today. Can't wait for tomorrow. I hope these links work worldwide.

  Scoring is quite easy in this wind....lets hope it picks up a bit!

  not playing like a links...but it is quite technical.

  soft slow greens too....catches some out!

  A bit like all links courses....as designed....they need wind, this course has some well placed bunkers though...and severe rough!

  Apparently Jim this course has been here since the 19th century.....the sea has retreated and they have built houses on the reclaimed land...which has sheltered the course!
