First, I wish to thank the contriutors to this advice. They are oneeyeedjohn, lorner, and Justin9926.

To watch on youtube...Here is the you tube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkqVOjKR8QI

FIRST, if you have windows 7 or greater, you have a utility called SNIPIT. If you do not have this utility, you need some copying program that will cut & paste.

SECOND, you need a place to put your copy. Photobucket is free on the net.

STEP 1. Activate SNIPIT, put a rectangle around whatever you want to copy.

STEP 2. Name it, and place it on your desktop. Why the desktop? When you are in Photobucket, you will have an easier time uploading.

STEP 3. Open Photobucket and upload your image.

    STEP 4. Copy it.

STEP 5. Paste it anywhere! On your wall, blog....anywhere!

I don't claim this to be the "end all" of copying and pasting. Feel free to add, comment, or anything else to this thread. Thank you

Something wrong with this existing, comprehensive  tutorial?

    http://www.wgt.com/forums/t/14726.aspx

Win7 screen capture is called Snipping Tool

    Photobucket requires registration.

    http://img.acianetmedia.com  doesnt

..and can allow multiple simultaneous uploads.

Not going to be able to paste ANYTHING into WGT threads.

You will need to use the 'Insert Media' icon on the toolbar and place the URL from 'Photobucket' etc into it.

Unless you just want to post the link, in which case WGT doesnt accept linking to external sites and you will need to use the 'Insert Link' icon on the tool bar.
