A new Status - CC Only

  Much like the 'Friends Only' status, this one would make you visible only to other members of your CC, so that if you are playing a CC Only tourney like matchplay or alt, you can visible only to those in the club.

  Hmm  its hard enought to get members to go RED dot if they are AFK or in a game anyway.

  First thing that needs to be fixed is a login time out, so dots go blank when there is a period of inactivity and dots go red immediately on entering a game WITHOUT the ability to change them to green.
