I don't understand. On any hole, 3 mile an hour wind at TEEing off. Why do some people run out of time (60 sec) and then use up another 30 sec to hit the ball? I cam almost picture them, reaching down and pulling some fabric out of their carpet and tossing into the air to see which way the wind is blowing. We all know that most the time when someone gets "disconnect", they did it themselves. With no intention of returning to the game. Is there some avenue to report or address these individual???????
