Judging distance with 3 wood.

    Sorry.Reference my post about judging distances with the 3wood.

    The first hole on Royal St.George is 188yds with the wind behind you.

    As I said I either overshoot this or undershoot and it,s a long way over or under!!!

    Royal St George Hole 1 is a Par 4 but seen as u hitting of Tour Pro tees with the R11 3 wood my best advise is go here 

    Try and try till you get to know what ur club hits write it down then use it next time you Shooting there.

    The only way you will ever get to know your clubs is by hitting them over and over and get an average to what they they will do in the conditions you play, Now the Clubs wont always behave the same so get to know Course Knowledge as well, Once the ball lands How its going to behave etc.

    No one on here can tell you what to hit exactly, and even if they do what u need to realise is the spin u use always and style you play comes in to Play as well.
