just tried to play again stil no good hope w.g.t is gunna give some compensation balls to all affected .and before all you i.t freindly do gooders start to tell people how to fix ,dont bother i am 53 years old try to master my laptop ,so instead of kissing w.g.t.s ass lobby them for compensation , took 1 year to get to tour pro but a think a might quit i am so pissed off ,nike balls are too expensive to loose after 3 hits
It's the Do Gooders that help a lot of people in this game and I don't believe myself or any others kiss w.t.g.s ass. From what I see there are those that see problems and try to help others fix them, the rest would rather bytch about them. All anyone has to do to prevent this from happening is turn off the flash auto-updates in their browser. Now you sir own a computer and computers & software foul up every now and then, so I suggest you learn a tad more about yours instead of flinging crap at those that do. I'm 64 years old and can tear mine or anyone else's apart and fix it if I have to because over the years I've taken the time to learn about them. Not saying everyone should, there are plenty that would rather pay someone like me to to fix either hardware or software in theirs. But I would suggest learning enough to fix simple things instead of calling out others that do.
Sure the game has some problems but so does every software out there otherwise there wouldn't be constant updates for various reasons. In this case it wasn't completely wgt's fault as I don't believe they were aware of the Adobe Flash concurrent update. Coupled with with AUG. 1 Chrome adding a new player called Pepper player in their new update that caused the foul up. So in reality it was Chromes fault.
If your going to cry over a couple lost balls then I think maybe you should pack it in and give it up. Besides, no one twists your arm to buy them or anything. Hell I have lost and continue to lose them and chalk it up as one of the expenses of playing. If you sir do not want to lose balls you pay for then use the unlimited's. I've have played with several people that have kicked my butt using them. Your other option is to go to one of the other online golf sites that will be happy to take your monthly fee to play and you wont buy or purchase a single ball or club.
Of course, like yours, this is just my opinion and you know the expression; opinions are like A**holes everyone's got one.
