A gaming platform built on Adobe Flash is problematic due to it's poorly tested SW.  Part of this issue has to do with how the gaming platform is architected.  Tekkies: am I wrong?

    MacNH:

Having meter issues again today. Was running the 268 and it appears that GoogleChrome has taken that away and left us with a 227 and 271 for choices. which one do we kill this time?

Get off Chrome and onto Comodo Dragon, Pale Moon, or Maxthon3 browser.Tweak them and make sure auto-update is not allowed. "always ask for permission' is an OK alternative setting.

I've gone to Pale Moon and am happy with it so far.

    Version:

    11.3.31.227

My problem started today. I'm thinking I do need to change over to one of the above mentioned.

So based on my reading, am I supposed to use multiple browsers:  Chrome, IE, Firefox, Mozilla, Maxthon, etc. and figure out which one is working on any given day?  By the way, the moderators on this website are preventing questions coming out about their gaming platform architecture.  Do you all think this is fair?

Well I did the plug-in thing and it worked but then I started thinking and I said this is too much work. I downloaded comodo dragon and I am good to go....

    Chrome uses please do this

There you will see the current version (not working), & the version they just updated from (was working). Disable new--vers 11,3,300,270 & enable old--vers 11,3,300,268.

I've gotten as far as disabling, but the 11.3.300.268 is not on my list to enable.  I've seen it  in the link that WGTwildcat gives, even then I can't switch to it.  I'm updated to a version 11.3.300.271.  I can really use more of your help in how to switch this no good version, to the 11.3.300.268 I need & how to locate it to switch it.  Now what do you suggest I do?

It seems that each morning brings a new update that supposedly fixes the problems but does not. Quite frankly, I don't give a rat's rectum whether this is a Flash issue or a WGT issue. All I know is that it has cost me numerous balls and has severely impacted my scoring average and enjoyment of the game and I ain't in the least bit happy about it. At the end of the day, somebody, whether it be WGT or Adobe had better get their crap in the same sock or WGT is gonna lose some serious business. Since WGT partnered with Adobe to drive the game client I suspect that they are the ones I'm looking to to correct this mess before EA sports gains another WGT defection.

When you couple these issues with the already unstable game play that I've experienced on it has SEVERELY tried my patience. And for the record, I am NOT going to keep flopping back and forth between browsers in order to spend my time and money with WGT. It's YOUR responsibility to provide a quality product to your customers and right now that ain't happening.
