Problem with PLAY NOW button opening a new game

  WGT REALLY NEEDS TO GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS.

   

  Saw this in other forum, so thanks to the guys who knew solution.

  Apparently an auto Flash update causes inability to log in to a new game. It also causes problems with swing meter if you can even get to a game.

   

  Go to search bar at very top of browser page.Type in chrome://plugins. This should also appear automatically . Click on that and it should take you to the plugins.Disable all the shock wave players except 11,3,300,268. The 268 version is the one you want. Then restart your computer. also disable notification of updates.

  can some1 help plz i done all that i reistalled the 268 now when i go 2 clear my cookies flash etc the circle keeps going round and round still going round even 5 minutes later whats going on????

  If the "flash update" caused these problem, you need to delete the update and refuse them in the future.

  YOU ACCEPTED THE UPDATE YOU MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTS OR YOU HAVE LOST ANOTHER PLAYER

  I've been fussing with this glitch since Thursday evening. It has rendered WGT unplayable for me on the only computer readily accessible to me.

  This inability to play has contributed to the interruption of my 220 consecutive day 'string'.

  In view of that fact, I'd like to have relief, or special dispensation that will allow me to maintain that string of 220 consecutive days.

  May I please hear from the administrative staff on this matter....??  I'd also like some official comment explaining to all of us, why this miscue happened and why it has been allowed to persist for so long.

  depending on the last time you cleaned your cache it might take longer.

  reboot your pc and try it again.

  use ccleaner to clean your pc
