The Level 81 Tour Pro stands on the 1st Tee in your Blitz game with Starter clubs and generic ball and proceed to put it with a Foot with the craziest shot you've ever seen. Then repeats this on the next two holes.

I should know better than to play Level 81 Tour Pros on Blitz.......

Hmmm,  I'll bet that's not what you were thinking when you saw those clubs on the 1st tee. Kinda sounds like the guy knows how to play the game. Starter clubs and free balls for 81 levels. Not bad.  :-)

    Actually it rang alarm bells.

The guy clearly knew how to play, it was RSG CTTH with crazy wind which made it even more incredible.

What I was left wondering after the game was.....

Starter clubs, generic balls, what does he actually use all those credits for?

We tour pro's always get a bad rap. Wonder why?

The tees start to get noticeably longer at the next (Master) level.

So TP seems to be the level of choice for Sandbagging. Sadly that tars many straight players with the same brush.

Sandbaggers do not use starter clubs. That's insane. The guy is just good with them. Now if he had a bagful of the pro shop stuff you might have a case but a TP with starter stuff shooting that well might be a guy to learn from.

Don't forget-the CTTHs are one and done shots and aren't hard to consistently get close on. It's just a matter of playing it a zillion times. Get him on a stroke course and it might be different.

I wasn't for one moment suggesting the guy I played was a sandbagger. I was replying to the post above as to why that seemed to be the level of choice.

I was simply outplayed by a guy that has chosen to play that particular event time and time again. That's not sandbagging or cheating, it's just practice.

The fact it was with starter equipment and with 25mph+ winds made it even more incredible.

I never thought TPs got a bad rap (or that you were insinuating anything.)  Masters and TMs, though, that's where it gets brutal. Sandbagger Central.  :-D

Just for the record I don't consider being "Hustled" as cheating.

The guy has put the time in and I didn't stand a chance:-)

Fast Eddie didn't think so either until Jackie Gleason set him straight.  ;-)
