Tee off remains the same... The stint factor changes, greens are TM tourney speed And the breaks are more difficult.

There is one for every green speed

    distance + or - Elevation X Factor

    it is:

    1.15 for  Slow

    1.05 for Standard

    .98 for Fast

    .88 for Very fast

    .78 For TM tourney

    .68 For Legend Tourney

These work for Flat And Up Elevations

For Down elevations of -1 to -3 I decrease the factors by .03

For Down Elevations -4 or Greater I reduce them by .05

There are other factors that work that people use too.I can usually stay close should I miss using these.

or AVERAGE needs to be less than 63 with at least 40 ranked games played as a MASTER

so im a little bit confused.. so for very fast greens the formula would be.. for example if it was a 11 ft putt with +2 elevation

    (11 + 2) * .88

    am i right or wrong??

That would be correct...However sometimes with severe breaks you may need to add 1'.
