  Sorry but I have tried everything and cannot get the program to run anymore. My adobe keeps crashing, and I have tried everything I can think of.  If you have any ideas I would love to hear them cause I am at the end.

  After following advice in all the many threads on subject,was where you are now..only thing worked for me was 'resetting to earlier date' still not gr8 but better..right click on 'chrome icon' on main computer screen..go before 1st august..gl Andy

  try maxthon3 it is fantastic,very fast,really smooth and no crashes

  I suppose it's Firefox, not Chrome.

  If so, you might try to get the newest Flash update, 11.3....271. Otherwise, reinstall version 10.3. Instruction and download on Adobe's homepage.

  Ehm - which browser, which Flash version?
