I am at a Tour Pro level and have an average of 69. I am simply amazed at how INACCURATE the distances as they relate to my putter are on these greens. I do realize that they are tournament speed and I adjust for that, but when you have a 20 foot downhill put with a 2 inch drop and you set your putter to hit it only 10 foot and it goes 15 foot past the hole, some thing is wrong. I have found this is consistent with most of the holes on the course in this tournament, making it almost impossible for me to putt with any type of accuracy or distance control. Is anyone else having the same problem? By the way I am using the best clubs I can get at my level which is 56 right now and the best balls. When I play other courses I at least have some sembalance of where the ball is going to end up. NOT ON THIS COURSE with these conditions. Please let me know if anyone else is as frustrated as I am at this situation. I simply cannot believe ANYONE can shoot a 54 under these conditions, which is what the current leader is shooting. I don't understand what in the world you have to do to shoot scores like that.
