Technical fault

  I can access the web page on WGT but cannot get any further when I get to 'play now' I cannot access the games.Is this a general fault in the system or something that can be easily rectified.

  Help urgently needed.

  Use a different browser besides IE.  (Firefox, Opera, Chrome, ComodoD, etc.)

  And check to make sure flash is working.

  I really need help!!! I was trying to play a CC tourney and game would NOT ALLOW me to choose club I selected! This has never happened to me before here and its very upsetting!

  Ill hit fairway for instance and distance to hole will be 134 yds...with wind etc and I'll choose my club(lets say 135) and when I click on it,,,IT DOES NOTHING. Will not allow me to use that club. I tried this tourney over and over again and same thing happened with IRONS I CHOSE.

  I would greatly appreciate any help as this is completely ruining my game.

  please try a different browser and see if that helps. is there a specific error message?

  you should try upgrading your flash player.

  The official version is flash player 11.4.402.265 for all browsers

  You can check your version here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

  You can get the latest version here:  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  If on Chrome please type the following into your browser bar:         chrome://plugins/

  Chrome users make sure you have 11.4.402.265 enabled and installed.    Disable all other versions of flash player.

  do what a lot of smart wgt'ers are doing and dump those browsers to play this game.

  Agreed you can do what WGTadmin2 is telling you but every time Adobe or Chrome updates. You have to go back and do the same things over and over. Why Bother Maxthon3 is a great browser for this game.

  everytime i download maxthon3 it doesent load up rite half my profile page is missing and theres big clear boxes all over it and the meeter is crap why is e1 going on about it why doesent it work for me and whats all those boxes all about its like its downloaded rong or something tried the other version of it aswell same result.

  because it's obviously working well for them.

  by the sounds of it there's either stuff missing from your system.

  as well as adobe flash...you should have adobe shockwave player on your system.

  definitely sounds like there's issues on your pc or requirements missing....which is stopping Maxthon from loading correctly.

  try downloading and running CCleaner to clean things up.

  Download CCleaner.

   

  Folks aren't raving about it because it's crap lol.

  yeh thats the annoying thing about it it is obvously good just my luck i suppose what i would do for a nice meeter all the time must try this ccleaner ty  tbe.
