page freeze

  after logging in i can hear the audio part starting up but the page will not change to the game itself.i have emailed wgt & they are now ignoring me. PLEASE HELP ME with this problem if u have the knowledge, THANK YOU. i would like to uninstall & reinstall so that i may play the game. it's now been ovar 2 weeks since this problem began.

  it sounds like a flash problem. please try another browser or clear cookes/cache in current.

  This may not be a flash problem but possibly  whatever browser you are using has a pop up blocker on that is preventing the game screen from coming up. At least that's what has happened in the past with mine. What you may need to do is either turn of your pop up blocker or add WGT to the allowed list.

  @bm,

  If you use Firefox, install this add-on to make webpages load in a millisecond.

  Its called Tweak Network. You can use default settings, or click the power button for even faster page loading. Just click Apply > OK.

  Here are the values I use to make WGT pages load in seconds.
