How to change date of birth

  Hi,

  Can someone advise how you can change your date of birth in this game?

  The game asked me and i entered 1st January 2012 as this was the first options in the drop down menus.  The trouble is now i cant enter some competitions as it says i must ne 18 to enter them.

  Can someone please help.
