  To all players

  Prize winners and sponsors have all been wall posted so that the credits due for the period between Week 5 - Week 8 can be resolved. Please liaise directly with each other to organise how this will be sorted.

  If anyone has any issues with this, please contact myself and I'll aim to resolve (please be aware that I can't be personally responsible for the payment of credits).

  The funniest 34 I had in many months. Tyvm Trav, I had great great time.

  Unfortunately, I remembered to take green screenshot just when I released my 32 ft putt at #18 (so no starter ball is shown). And it went in :D

  Any decision from Main Committee is good to me: warning, penalties, disqualification (and so on).

  CTTH Comp Update

  Only just had a chance to review all the posts so far. The figures you're trying to beat on Kiawah 17th are:

  Front pin (old) = 0.6ft (Shankette) ........... awesome shot :)

  Back pin (new) = 5.9ft (DougieWaugh)

  Cut Update

  As we stand, we don't have 60 players who've finished both rounds. This will mean that all players who've completed R1 and R2 will make the cut. I can't see it going below +1 or +2 unless a whole raft of scores come in.

  WGT take notice of how you can get scores to realistic levels in one quick and easy move :)

  HIO update

  I've still not had confirmation from anyone for a HIO for Week 8. If this goes unclaimed then it'll rollover into Week 9 where the first HIO came from Dsheavills, narrowly beating Tanneralis to the prize by about one day. Great effort guys to make HIO's with the starter balls!!!

  Rd 1 card & screen for tanneralis & I.

  Start wasn't too bad, but the 4th hole saw Greg hit 2 trees, but salvage bogey. I played smart golf - laid up on fairway off tee, and had 23foot birdie putt - managed to 3-putt to match Greg's bogey !!!

  Things weren't looking great for him at +2 after 6, but a birdie - hole-in-one - birdie finish made for a respectable score. Great to see that HIO with the starter balls mate !

  Had hole in 1 on 3rd (prob hardest par 3 on WGT) with starter balls! LOL

  In all the excitement I forgot screen shot on last green. Did get card and also reply of my HIO which shows I was playing with starter balls!

  Mike; but on page 13, you'll find this little number (score was submitted about 22 hours before).
