  Practice round setup Dem so it doesn't matter who marks you.

  I appreciate my decision re lies hasn't been welcomed fully with open arms. After this we have the MP event (ranked) and then we head into the final major which will again be across three ranked rounds. Hopefully in this time, WGT tighten up uneven lies to make a wider majority of players happy with the feature.

  It's a feature which I already love and playing standard rounds seems incredibly dull now. However I know I am in the minority and therefore I will be very careful if I use this feature again during this season.

  James, with having the issue of people not getting together, for what ever reason. How are going to run the MP, will you be able to use a marker if you and your partner are unable to get together.  Also if you lose the MP game are you out of the tournament? Or is that how you would get to rd3?

  I'm sorry Jim but I disagree.

  Yeah the uneven lie option needs reworking, cos it's miles off, but we all have to play it. And I think it's a great addition. All of a sudden you're happy with a scrambled par or thrilled when you get a great birdie. And striving to finish under par has become the norm.....which it should be.

  What's wrong, can't the superstars shoot stupid 25's anymore?

  Well that's just a shame.

  Maybe we should come to be happy with a reasonable 2 or 3 under, as in real golf.....as it stand I haven't broken par yet practicing, but I've made a few birdies and the old adage has become the mantra........KEEP IT ON THE SHORT STUFF.

  Edit :- When I said I disagree I meant I disagree using lies was wrong....I'm with you on my views on it.

  i agree with you jim. i played a practice round yesterday and shot even par. i was more pleased with that than any -6 or -7 round i have played. i wish they would let you play uneven lies in a skins game that would be fun. just love it

  just a quick question. i am drawn with jordan in the 3rd round he contacted me on friday to say he was only able to play that night. we agreed he would get the round done with someone else as i was unable to play then. do i  have to play with a marker or can i play with someone else looking for a partner?
