Flopping Math,

  Having real trouble flopping from sand & 50/60% + rough..on 17th S As 15 yrds to pin from pot hole bunker,so I know it is 25/26 yrds and it by pin..but when I use that same equation ie 2/3rds of shot distance,it does not come good..Any pointers,or a starting point to practice,will be nicely felt,tyvm

  Try your punch shot. It works great from both the sand and 50-60 rough.

  2 ways to flop  1st hit the first blue line  2nd   set the green to putt and move the flag 2 and 1/2 grind to the rt.  in sand traps i used the 2nd method    i add 7 for 30/40  and 2 for 20/30 and 10 for 50/60  also i use bottem on a short green and lots of  finge before    but the punch shot is effect also i cant give u distance because i flop 90%  of mine  strikerseasy
